Check out the list below to find out if we ship to your country. Currently we are delivering to over 160! The countries are grouped by continent, ordered A-Z. We have also added an Overseas Territories section for easy access.
Shipping Restrictions by Country
Some countries have import restrictions on certain PhiShop products. The list below is regularly updated, so please see which (if any!) products are not able to be shipped to your country.

Before placing an order, please make sure that you are able to import our products into your country. If you need any import documents, you can easily contact info@phishop.com and our customer care team will be happy to help you.
Make a request, and we will send you the customs code, the Material Safety Datasheet (MSDS), and any extra information that you may need.
With these documents you will be able to find out if you can import your selected products.
Update: 4th March 2026. Due to the current situation in the Middle East, airspace to the following destinations has been temporarily closed: Bahrain (BH), Saudi Arabia (SA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait (KW), Qatar (QA), Oman (OM), Iraq (IQ), Jordan (JO), and Lebanon (LB).
As a result, shipping to these destinations is currently not possible.
If you placed an order prior to this date, please note that your shipment is currently on hold until further notice.
Shipping Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number of your delivery. You can stay up-to-date and track your order on the following sites:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before making your payment. The costs depend on the weight of the package and its destination. Please be aware that this amount does not include any duty charges or extra import fees.
Custom and Duty Fees
All orders shipping to outside of EU may have custom and duty fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information about whether you need to pay custom and duty fees in your country.
Duty fees are based on product value and are defined by the country of import on arrival.
If you are required to pay custom fees, DHL Express or the country customs department will contact you directly.
Custom and duty fees are not included in your order and shipping total.
I did not receive my parcel, what should I do?
If you did not receive the tracking information for your order, please check your spam folder, and if it is not there, please contact info@phishop.com. Our customer care team can send you the tracking information and are happy to help!
Please track your parcel using the sites provided above and see what updates have been given.
Please ask your neighbors if they have accepted your delivery package. If they have not, please contact either DHL or your country’s carrier directly. Please send a copy of all written messages between yourself and the delivery carrier to info@phishop.com, with your order number. We will try to help you if the carrier is not able to provide any status information.
Sadly, packages are occasionally reported as lost. If this is the case, please remain in contact with DHL or your country’s delivery carrier and us at info@phishop.com within 10 days of the receipt of accidental loss. We will then immediately contact the carrier ourselves, and keep you updated.
